At the end of 2014, Gerald de Witt created the Dutch Baroque foundation, whose he is the artistic director, whose objective is to
preserve and transmit to the new generations the traditions of practice and execution of the historical music pioneers.
Gerald de Witt is also the founder (in 2008) of the Camerate Musicale choir; in 2014, this choir joined the Dutch Baroque
foundation under the names of Dutch Baroque Vocal Consort. Carson Cooman
