Without the program he created, Hauptwerk, we would not be able to do anything!
The first two versions of Hauptwerk (up to and including 2.21) are no longer available and are also no longer supported by Crumhorn Labs.
Starting with version 2, Hauptwerk has been constructed along completely new lines.
Sample sets created for Hauptwerk version 1 can still be imported into the 2 and 3 versions.
At this time (February 2009) 3.20 is the latest version.
What is most remarkable about these new versions is the greatly reduced loading time for a sample set.
Also, adjusting the tuning and selecting a temperament has been greatly simplified.
